At Level Up Dice, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand by the quality of our products and are dedicated to providing our customers with premium pieces of the utmost workmanship. 



Replacements and Refund Policy

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we will happily replace it or refund the purchase as the situation demands. Contact us or email us directly at info@levelupdice.net with your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. 

 

Products covered by this policy include only those purchased via the Level Up Dice website or from Level Up Dice directly at a convention. Level Up Dice manufactured products purchased through our authorised Level Up Dice partners and retailers are subject to the sellers return and refund policy and any issues must be handled through them.



Replacements for lost or broken pieces

All of our dice are luxury items and are designed to be rolled on a padded surface, preferably in a rolling tray. We are happy to assist in providing replacements at a cost for any damage resulting from accidents or loss.

 

Change of mind

We understand that many of our dice are purchased as gifts and that not everyone can reach one of our retail partners to see our products in person before purchasing. We are happy to exchange your purchase if they are returned within 30 days of shipping, providing that they are returned in saleable condition. The 30-day guarantee period commences from the original purchase date when acquired in person, and from the shipping date for purchases made from the Level Up Dice website. Returns and Shipping

For returning products, where the fault is ours we will cover the necessary shipping costs. For other situations, such as change of mind shipping is covered by the customer.
